Every package includes unlimited photobooth sessions, unlimited 4R printing, free use of props, an event backdrop, a personalized photo layout, free digital soft copies, and on-site photobooth assistance. The only difference between packages is the number of hours.
No. Submitting an inquiry does not automatically reserve or confirm your event date. Your date is only held once we have verified availability and received your down payment.
A non-refundable down payment of 40–50% is required to reserve your event date and time. Payment instructions are sent to you privately after we confirm your date is available.
The remaining balance must be paid on or before the event day, before photobooth operation begins.
Requests to change the event time or duration should be submitted at least seven days before the event so we can adjust the schedule.
No. Once booth operation begins, the package timer runs continuously and cannot be paused — so it's worth planning the start time around your programme.
Our team normally arrives approximately one to two hours before operation so the booth is fully ready before guests start arriving.
We serve Dipolog City, Dapitan City and nearby areas, subject to availability. Transportation fees may apply outside the standard service area. The exact amount depends on your location and is confirmed with our team before booking.
Yes. Every package includes a personalized layout designed around your event's theme and motif. We send the design for your approval before the event so you can request adjustments.
Yes. Free digital soft copies of your event photos are included in every package, in addition to the unlimited printed 4R copies given out on the day.
Outdoor setups depend on safe weather conditions, access to electricity, and adequate protection for the equipment. We coordinate the setup location with you in advance and will always flag if a spot looks risky for the gear.
