Booking & payment
1 Booking & reservation
Submitting an inquiry, requesting a quotation, checking availability
or discussing an event does not automatically reserve a date.
A booking becomes officially confirmed only after all four of these
have happened:
- iBlast confirms the event date, start of operation, venue and
selected package;
- the required 50% non-refundable down payment has been received;
- the payment has been verified by iBlast; and
- iBlast explicitly confirms the reservation.
Until every step is complete, the requested schedule may still be
given to another client.
2 Acceptance of Booking & Service Policies
Before making a down payment, clients are provided the opportunity to
review iBlast Photobooth’s Booking & Service Policies.
By submitting the required down payment, the client confirms that they
have had the opportunity to review these policies and agrees to the terms
applicable to their booking.
If any part of the policies is unclear, clients are encouraged to
contact iBlast Photobooth for clarification before
making payment.
If a specific written arrangement confirmed by iBlast Photobooth differs
from these general policies, the specific written arrangement confirmed for
that event will apply.
3 The 50% down payment
A fixed 50% non-refundable down payment is required
to secure your confirmed event date and start of operation. It is
credited toward the total booking amount.
Once the booking is confirmed and the schedule is reserved, the down
payment is non-refundable for client-initiated cancellations, a change
of plans, or the event not going ahead — subject to applicable law.
Payment screenshots remain subject to verification. Sending proof of
payment on its own does not automatically confirm a booking.
4 Remaining balance
The remaining 50% must be settled on or before the event date, and
before photobooth operation begins.
iBlast may delay or withhold operation until the outstanding balance
has been paid and verified.
Packages & prints
5 Unlimited sessions
Standard and High-Angle packages both include unlimited photo
sessions throughout the booked operation period. There is no fixed
limit on how many completed sessions guests may take while the booth
is running.
6 Physical prints
Each completed session includes 1 physical 4R print.
- 1 completed session = 1 physical 4R print
- 10 completed sessions = 10 physical 4R prints
The number of people appearing in a session does not increase the
number of physical copies for that session. Unlimited sessions does
not mean unlimited duplicate copies of the same session.
7 Photostrip format add-on
The Photostrip Format Add-On is +₱1,000 per event,
and it replaces the standard 4R output.
With the add-on, each completed session receives
2 physical 2×6 photostrips instead of 1 physical
4R print. It does not include both outputs unless iBlast separately
approves and quotes that arrangement.
8 Keychains & ref magnets
Keychains and ref magnets are optional add-ons, priced upon
confirmation. Availability and final price may depend on stock,
quantity, materials and event requirements.
Cancellation & rescheduling
9 If you cancel
If you cancel a confirmed booking because of personal circumstances,
a change of plans, a change of mind or another reason attributable to
you, the 50% down payment remains non-refundable.
Unusual cancellation or refund situations outside this standard
policy are reviewed individually by iBlast.
10 Rescheduling
One complimentary reschedule is permitted without forfeiting the down
payment, when:
- it is requested at least 7 calendar days before
the original event date;
- the new date is available;
- the new event falls within 6 months of the
original event date; and
- the booking remains substantially the same.
Rescheduling always remains subject to iBlast availability.
11 Your rate after rescheduling
For one approved reschedule, the original package rate is honoured
when the same package and substantially the same service requirements
remain unchanged.
Additional charges may apply for a different package, longer operating
time, additional services or add-ons, a different or farther venue,
changed transportation, or other material changes.
12 A second reschedule
Only one complimentary reschedule is included. A second rescheduling
request will normally be treated as a new booking unless iBlast
expressly approves an exception, and a new down payment may be
required.
13 Rescheduling inside 7 days
Requests submitted fewer than 7 calendar days before the event are
subject to iBlast approval and are not guaranteed. Review may consider
scheduling, staffing, preparation already completed and event
logistics.
Event timing
14 Start of operation
Start of operation means the agreed time the photobooth itself begins
running. It is not necessarily the start of your ceremony, programme or
reception.
15 Continuous operation
Once operation begins, the booked duration runs continuously. The
timer cannot be paused and resumed for dinner, speeches, ceremonies,
performances, programme segments, guest inactivity, organiser delays or
similar event-controlled activity.
This is worth planning around: choose a start of operation that fits
your programme, so the booth is busiest when guests are free.
16 Client or event delays
If iBlast is ready at the agreed start of operation but the client,
organiser, venue or programme delays opening the booth, the original
scheduled end time remains unchanged unless an extension is approved.
17 Delays caused by iBlast
If operation starts late because of a delay directly caused by iBlast,
reasonable efforts will be made to restore the affected operating time
where possible.
18 Additional hours
Additional operation is ₱1,500 per hour, subject
to staff availability, equipment availability, venue permission, the
event schedule and payment.
Same-day extensions are not automatically guaranteed.
Setup & venue
19 Setup access
iBlast normally requires approximately 1–2 hours
before start of operation for setup, positioning, preparation and
testing. The client is responsible for coordinating reasonable venue
access during that window.
20 A suitable setup area
The client and/or venue must provide a suitable area with, where
applicable: safe electrical access, adequate space, protection for the
equipment, appropriate clearance, venue permission and safe operating
conditions.
iBlast may request relocation if the proposed position presents a
genuine safety, electrical, weather, equipment or operational risk.
21 Outdoor setup
Outdoor service can often be accommodated when conditions are
suitable. Operation depends on safe weather, adequate power, sufficient
space, protection from rain, moisture and strong winds, safe electrical
conditions and reasonable equipment protection.
Safety takes priority. iBlast may suspend, delay, relocate or stop
operation where there is a genuine safety or equipment risk.
Service area & transportation
22 Service area
iBlast primarily serves Dipolog City,
Dapitan City and nearby areas. Other locations may be
accommodated subject to availability.
23 Transportation charges
Transportation fees may apply depending on location, distance,
accessibility, transport requirements and logistics. Final
transportation charges are confirmed by iBlast before you book.
Layouts & client materials
24 Personalized layout
Personalized layouts may use client names, event details, theme,
motif and colours, requested wording and an approved design direction.
A proof may be provided for your review before the event.
25 Checking what you approve
Clients are responsible for checking spelling, names, dates, wording,
logos, colours and supplied information on the proof.
Once a proof has been expressly approved, iBlast is not responsible
for an error that was already present and reasonably visible in it. If
iBlast introduces a new production error after approval, reasonable
steps will be taken to correct it.
26 Logos, images and artwork you supply
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have permission to provide
and request use of third-party logos, photographs, artwork, trademarks,
copyrighted images and other protected material.
Equipment & conduct
27 Handling the equipment
Guests must not intentionally move equipment, pull or disconnect
cables, adjust mounted devices, interfere with printers, climb booth
structures, modify technical equipment or deliberately misuse iBlast
property.
28 Damage to equipment
The booking client may be responsible for reasonable repair or
replacement costs where equipment is intentionally damaged, or damaged
through clear misuse or negligence by the client or guests.
Normal wear and tear is excluded. Disputes are reviewed according to
the circumstances.
29 Unsafe or abusive conduct
iBlast may temporarily suspend or stop operation in cases of serious
harassment, threats, violence, dangerous intoxicated behaviour,
deliberate equipment interference or genuine safety hazards.
Time lost through serious client or guest misconduct does not
automatically create an entitlement to a refund or an extension.
Technical & extraordinary events
30 Technical issues
The photobooth depends on electronic equipment, software, printers,
power and related systems. If a technical problem occurs, iBlast will
make reasonable efforts to restore operation promptly.
Where a material interruption is directly attributable to iBlast, an
appropriate remedy may be considered based on the circumstances — such
as restoring lost time, extending operation where feasible, providing
additional deliverables, or another reasonable adjustment.
No automatic specific refund is promised solely because a minor or
temporary technical interruption occurs.
31 Force majeure
Circumstances beyond reasonable control may include severe weather,
typhoons, natural disasters, flooding, government restrictions, major
power emergencies, road closures, venue emergencies, civil disturbances
and similar extraordinary circumstances.
Where service becomes unsafe or impossible, iBlast and the client will
first attempt a reasonable reschedule where feasible, and the normal
rescheduling rules may be reasonably adjusted in genuine exceptional
circumstances.
Final remedies depend on the facts, the services already performed,
unrecoverable costs, the ability to reschedule and applicable law.
32 If iBlast cannot provide the service
If iBlast must cancel and cannot provide the agreed service or a
mutually acceptable rescheduled arrangement, amounts paid for services
that cannot be provided will be handled appropriately.
The non-refundable down payment rule applies to cancellations on the
client's side. It is not a blanket excuse where the failure to provide
the agreed service is attributable to iBlast.
Your information & marketing
33 Customer information
Information you provide for an inquiry or booking may be used for
legitimate iBlast purposes: processing inquiries, checking schedules,
preparing for your event, communicating with you, coordinating payment,
administering the booking, delivering the service and supporting you
afterwards.
iBlast collects only the information reasonably necessary to provide
the service, and keeps it only for as long as those purposes and any
applicable legal or accounting requirements reasonably need.
34 Using event content in marketing
Booking iBlast does not automatically grant unlimited marketing rights
over every photo taken at your event.
iBlast may ask your permission to feature selected photos, videos or
booth content on social media, the website, promotional materials or a
portfolio. Particular care is taken with content involving children.
